What We Sell

Secondary Aluminium Ingots

The term ‘secondary aluminium’ refers to aluminium that is produced from recycled aluminium originating from various forms of aluminium scrap including new production off-cuts, alloy wheels, automotive irony and obsolete end of life aluminium products.

Nearly every industry is reliant on some form of aluminium alloy. By choosing secondary, production emissions and efficiency are reduced by up to 95% significantly lower than primary aluminium which is responsible for about 3 % of the worlds 9.4GT of direct industrial CO2 emissions.

Burnt cylinder block

Burnt cylinder block is the engine after it has been in the furnace and the aluminium has been removed from it. It is then resold to our steel work customers both overseas and the UK to be remelted for other uses.

Cogs & Gears / HMS1 & HMS2

Cogs & Gears are a bi product of furnace burnt engines which we then sell locally and overseas to steel foundry’s who will then recycle into high quality materials and products.

Starters & Alternators

Starters & Alternators are a combination of ferrous and non-ferrous metals comprising of steel, copper and aluminium we buy and sell this grade of material.

Burnt Starters & Alternators

Burnt starters and Alternators are a bi product of the aluminium smelting process which leaves copper and steel motors which then we sell overseas and locally.

Aluminium Dross

Aluminium dross is a bi product of the smelting of automotive scrap, we can produce this Dross in large quantities which is then sold on to other companies to reuse.

Silicon

Silicon is used as a secondary smelting additive in the manufacture of Secondary Aluminium Ingots! as to customers specification.
